Polocrosse Racquet Codes

Understanding the code on the end of a Bombers Polocrosse Racquet.

The code is made up of a letter followed by a digit. The letter being the weight of the racquet as explained in the table below and the number being the flexibility of the shaft. The most common flexibility I stock is a 1, which is generally on the stiffer side, but still often has a quite a range of variability from one racquet to another. A code of 2 or 3 is more flexible, and can require more accuracy for picking up and throwing the ball.

  1. Please explain the midas head codes. I can’t find a photo showing the different types of racket heads. C1, D1???? Thank you.

    • The different racket codes for the Pink Bomber racket refer to the weights of the racket. The D1 racket is slightly lighter weight than the E1 racket. The Midas shape of the head is the same. If you scroll down the product page, the weight ranges are described.

      • Thanks so much. I saw the weight references…but wasn’t sure. I will place an order shortly. I just received 2 balls and rope reins. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
